Chuck Nearhoof, President
Charlie Nearhoof, Vice President
The Nearhoof’s have considerable experience in many aspects
of manufacturing and assembly having spent the last 30 years working
on a very wide array of manufactured products and manufacturing
processes. Over this period they have worked closely with over
200 manufacturers and have designed, redesigned, and repaired countless
manufacturing processes and manufacturing assemblies.
They have designed the mechanical and gearing systems for the
Innodyn Turbines as well as developed a sophisticated and patented
fuel control system. In addition to the Innodyn Turbines, they
have a number of other engineering accomplishments: the development
of a high-output, manpower-efficient, automated, and field deployable
line drilling assembled process; the development of a specialized
apparatus and process for the high precision resurfacing of turntable
surfaces in situ; the redesign of an automated sand separator
that improved the purity of the separated sand and extended the
time between overhaul on the separation system by 600%; and the
development of an automated process for manufacturing hardwood
cabinet doors that dramatically decreased change over time and
cost.
Chuck and Charlie have also owned and operated a successful machining
business in Central Pennsylvania for over three decades.
